Destiny 2: Rank Up Ceremony

In Destiny 2: Lightfall, a special area is appearing in the Tower for the new "Rank Up Ceremony." I was tasked with creating the various aspect of this space. The new real estate includes a reprised Tower Tree covered in commendation cards, a Cayde-6 memorial, a class sigil platform, and a large round court for players to "rank up" and hang out in.
It was important to seamlessly integrate this space with the existing Tower, while at the same time, conjuring nostalgia for the original Tower. As the original creator of the Destiny 1 Tower Tree, it was exciting to reprise the asset 10 years later.Concept art by Eric Pfeiffer.
